FINALLY GOT MY INSTRUMENT RATING
I mentioned it before, but I have been working on my instrument rating for about 2 years off and on. I realized that I was not making any headway and needed to make a real concerted effort to wrap it up. Productivity certainly decline these past several months, but overall I am quite glad I made the sacrifice. My favorite part about the instrument rating has to be how much safer of a pilot I think I am. Much of that comes from before I even take off. I have practically become an amateur meteorologist at this point, and that is pretty neat.
Not too much else to say, just a cheesy picture of me grinning like a fool next to the 172 I did my check ride in.
